[G1] Idea for a siege mod
I recently had a brainstorm about a mod:
The leader of the orc citadel finds an ancient magic of duplication. But, to the horror of the three camps in the Colony, one of their high shamans has also recently figured out a formulae for a spell that causes mass teleportation (this information was found out by a spy working on behalf of all three camps). To defend themselves, the magic using guilds of each camp has figured out how to revive their dead. They also figure out that some thick-skinned (stupid) goblins team up with the orcs for no obvious-to-the-humans reason, and that they only teleport in near morning. Because of the amassing confusion in all the camps , three new camps form from the other camps...
Supposed features of the mod
+Spawn monsters at a certain time
-Orcs at 12:00 am and 20:00 pm
-Goblins at 4:00 am (because most everyone is sleeping at this time- suprise attack
-All 6 camps are attacked at the same time
+Camps
-Magic camp : new fire/water magicians and gurus, depending which one of them you join you get this : Fire: 5th circle +all fire runes / Water 5th circle +all water runes EXCEPT Breath of Death / Gurus: 4th circle + all Sleeper runes.
-All members gain +100 mana ,DEX and STR are reduced to 1 (to encourage use of magic)
-Camp is in ruined monastery (Chapter 3 where you meet Gorn
-Melee Camp : new guards/mercenaries/templars
-Templars : lvl 2 Two handed sword skill, 1st circle of magic
-Mercenaries : both 1H and 2H skill at lvl 2
-Guards : 1H skill lvl 1 , crossbow skill lvl 1
-All members gain + 75 STR
-Guard gains +30 DEX
-Templar gains +20 mana
-Mercenary gains +25 STR
-One of the templars sell bolts and mana essences
-Camp is in the woods
-Ranged camp : New rogues and shadows (Novices aren't to be joined - they do errands for the rogues and shadows)
-Shadow : lvl 2 bow skill , lvl 1 1H sword skill
-Rogue : lvl 2 crossbow skill , lvl 1 1H sword skill
-All members gain +75 DEX and 20 STR
-Shadow receives 100 arrows
-Rogue recieves 100 bolts
-Ammo can be bought from the novices.
-Camp is at Cavalorn's hut
All camps have a talking demon which heals you, curtecy of Xardas :P
What I meant by 'revive' is that at oh, say 6:00 am, 14:00 am and 22:00 am all camp members (excluding the player) are deleted and respawned - this ensures that the NPCs have their health and ammo replenished, and the ammo sellers have some more ammo to sell.
Quests include something like trying to assasinate the Orc leader/ shamans, finding and re-forging old, desecrated weapons (like Uriziel) and as such they regain their former powers and more!
Example : you have to infiltrate the orc citadel at night via a secret path - Ulu-mulu will NOT work- and find where Uriziel is kept (not inside the Sleeper's Temple of course O_O')
and re-forge by giving it to Xardas' demon at his tower. after 10 days Uriziel now has these stats:
160 magic damage
40 fire damage
40% chance of casting Firestorm upon damaging an enemy
25% casting Ice Block UDaE
15% casting Storm fist UDaE
15% casting Ice wave UDaE
5% chance of triggering a death wave UDaE
Speaking of the Death Wave there has to be a way to prevent from harming humans...
Maybe make it only damage orcs and the like??
Anyway, how do you guys like this idea?

It's good imagination, but no point coming here with BIG BIG mods ideea, you won't find an apropriate team to work on so big ideeas.
You may only find, repeat MAY find people to help with small adjustement mods...that it...
Ideea is...your dream mod will always remain a dream, like all other people behind you

uhm, not meant to be offensive, just truth be told that no-one will pick these forum ideeas (and there were so manyyyyy of them) and create them cause they are to BIG and maybe to complicated, not really a point of posting such big mod ideeas, maybe smaller ones should do it...but even those probably wont.

Not that it's disturbing.. it's intriguing,actually.
Eitherway, back to the reason why I made this thread.
There SURELY must be a way to at least make the orcs spawn in at the said times,
how can I do that in Spacer? Or in another editor perhaps?
Edit: I know about the other ideas spread around this forum, after all I usually just rifled through the threads before i got registered and so on. (yes, I looked through ALL 30 pages just to find a few good mods... in the end i revealed darkforests.info, which has roughly around 300 mods for both G1 and G2NotR)

AHEM! Getting somewhat off topic.. 
Like I asked, is there a way to place some spawnpoints that would spawn in orcs at the specified times? I'd really like for the original world ( I play in the NoName mod's world ATM) to do such things because it would nice to defend the camps from the orcs.
