    [1.7.5 Modkit] Changes not affecting the game?

    I've recently been experimenting with the Modkit for Gothic 3, I haven't been able to make changes take effect in the game, for example I made Hamlar party enabled but when I got in game nothing has changed. I am perhaps not repacking the files correctly?,

    Any help is appreciated.

    1.7.5 is no official Gothic version. So, what are you talking about?

    I'm having the same problem. I do some changes, but... they just don't seem to work. I don't even think he kit is even working.

    did you try and compile it to a .pak file, then replace it with the one that is already found in the data folder?

    To compile moded data to a pak isn't necessary while developing, not compiled files have always the highest priority for the game-engine over all pak, mod, nod, cpt files, if something doesn't work uncompiled, then a compiled version wouldn't work as well.
