The subtitles in italian language during the dialogs are missing but appears to me that there's no way to activate them, or i'm in wrong way?
Second.. I have a bonus activation code for the dlc TReasure island given to me by Amazon but i don't know where i have to write it down.. surely not in game but when and where??? Thank you!!!!

DLCs are unlocked via Steam. Start it, go online and then open the "Games" menu on the top of the Steam window. Select "Activate a Product on Steam" (see this Screenshot). Then simply follow the instructions, you will be asked for the code. If everything worked correctly, you can start Risen 2 and look in the Extras menu to see your unlocked content.

If you do not manage to modify the voice or subtitle language with the normal Steam menus, you can change them in the config file:
Valid values for VoiceLanguage are "German" or "English" (might also be a third one if your local distributor translated the game).Code:SubtitleLanguage="German" VoiceLanguage="German"
Valid values for SubtitleLanguage are "German", "English", "Italian" (?), "Spanish" (?), or "French" (?)

If you are not able to change the voice audio neither via the menus nor via the config file, it might be that the audio files are not on your PC. Which language do you hear ?
In Steam, there is an option to check the integrity of the cache. Is there a similar function to check the integrity of the downloaded files ?
EDIT: according Deep Silver FAQ (German section), the option for checking the game files for errors exists (right click game play icon in the Steam interface > properties > local files). But I cannot see it on the screenshot provided by foobar. Maybe a confusion with "delete local game content" (or my German very bad) ?
