You want better performance?
here some hints:

- play in fullscreen (windowed is a bit slower)
- change the resolution in option menu to a smaller one
- deactivate SSAO Shader in option menu (not realy necessary)
- deactivate shadows in option menu (big improvement, if you have no problem to play without)
