For posion weapons, you have to click on a toxin potion in your inventory and then choose the weapon, you want to posion.
For this you have to learn the perk "Posion Blade".

For posion arrows you need the recipe "Poison arrow" and the perk "Make posion arrows". And furthermore the ingredients, which are listed on the recipe.
Then you can posion arrows at an alchemy bench.

First, you must learn the perk itself - Poison Blade and/or Arrow.

Then, you need the recipe only if you want to craft a specific poison yourself. Otherwise, you have to buy it from a merchant (hashishin merchant in Cape Dun, for example). After that, as you've already been told, simply click on the poison bottle in inventory and it'll open weapons menu from which you chose which weapon you want to apply poison to.

Ok thanks, i've got it now. ( +1 to my dumbness)
Also, i have three more questions:

    1) Does a higher value of ancient knoledge affect the damage of the spells?
    2) As a mage, you only learn spells from the shrines? Or there are NPCs that can teach you aswell?
    3) Is there any list of the items we want to get by using the "Give" command in the console? (Ex: Give arrows , even thought it's 100% wrong)

    Thnx in advance.

    1. Yes.
    2. Innos and Beliar spells come from shrines. Adanos spells are taught by water mages.
