I started this thread a looooooonnnnggg time ago over at WoG, so I might as well start one here too.

Here is my latest desktop screenshot, notice at the top right corner what the temperature is here where I live.

What theme do you use? For a moment I thought that was an OS other than Windows 7/Vista.

It's the Aston 2 Desktop and the theme is the 'Storm Blue Theme' that just came out for it, I just used a different wallpaper. So, yeah, I use Win 7 but the command shell is Aston instead of Explorer, and I think it's much more user friendly than Bill's crap.

Since I decided to take the plunge to go to the Dark Side and install Steam so I could play Skyrim, I'm really lovin' it so far. Not Steam, I still wish I didn't have to use that PoS to play the game but you can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs, I guess. Anyway, took a screenshot of the first time I saw an aurora at night as I thought it was really cool and atmospheric.

I didn't know what to do with my shortcuts etc... I actually had to copy/add a few to make the whole head. Teeth aren't right, windows keeps changing the disposition, don't know why.

Every desktop I've seen in real life was so full of crap they was no place left on it!

I use a shell program that has drop down menus to launch programs from that bar at the top of the screen, makes things much easier and organized to find and run applications.
