I think many people have already agreed that some of the skins are pretty plain and boring. So, I tried to add some flavor to some of them for your enjoyment. Some things have just been lightened and some have been changed completely. Hope you like!

Instructions for installing these modifications:
For these to work you will need to create a few different folders. Under the main G3 directory you need to create a folder named "_compiledimage" if you do not have this already.

- For Weapons/Treasure skins you need the following directory:
Gothic3\_compiledimage\items\ (place .ximg file in this folder)
- For NPC/Monster skins you need the following directory:
Gothic3\_compiledimage\animation\ (place .ximg file in this folder)
- For the Potions skin you need the following directory:
Gothic3\_compiledimage\level\ (place .ximg file in this folder)

Well, I definitely will be posting links soon. I the original post on Friday, but have been away all weekend. I wanted to take some more screens as there are more modifications I made, but didn't get screens of yet. In the same token, I don't know where to upload the .imxg / .tga files for download. I will be adding more once I get to them.

The best part is - now you can use these customizations on your own game since I got the files uploaded. This reminds me, I will put instructions on where the files go in the first post.

well well, look what happens to g3. it was so bad that ppl made it better than PB. i am happy to see that. if i had g3 i'd prefer those kind of stuff, not PB's cos urs is much better than the original ones. the colors are more and they're better. i mean, what is a game without colors? good work Negative

As long as I continue to see encouragement and ideas from other players, I will keep making new modifications. Some skins look good and do not need to be changed imo. Unfortunately not everything can be changed. The weapon bundles have always been difficult to see and I want to change the skin on them, but it's not an available file to edit Maybe with an editor coming out, we will be able to. But until then, I'll be putting my skills to use where they are needed - in your hands

Yeah, I got sidetracked with other projects. I will get to these soon. I think it's neat how one skin covers all those Axes, but they somehow all look so different.

My skins are not necessarily "better" than PB's. I'm not creating new skins really. I basically tweaking things here and there to make them better fit what I would like to see. It just so happens that some others think the same. Being "better" is all opinion with art. Thanks for the compliments though
