i cant get diccurric to function on my computer there arent any npcs or beasts plzzz help

it happened to me too once.Do you have noname mode installed on your computer.
In my problem i unistalled the noname mod and diccuric started working.
If that is not the problem,then try to reinstall the mod or the game.
