Though it's difficult to follow your non-punctuational sentence, I think the answer is "yes". Once you have the perk to use 2H weapons with one hand, they also behave like 1H weapons.

new question how can i defeat ghoul they are so hard to kill i have about 40 str and bad weapon i use sword that explosion thing always kills me that happens if i go defensive but if i go offencive it kills me with ultra fast normal hits i cant beat those
e: with berserker i can kill one but still cant beat 2 of them its so hard

Uhm... it's been a while but I think the timing is important. When the ghoul starts charging his "ice explosion", he's vulnerable for a second. Then you can either attack and disrupt him or try to evade. Another option is ranged combat.

If you face two or more of ghouls, shoot one of them with the bow/xbow/crystal and run for it. Try to make sure that the wounded one is the only one following you and then try to fight it. And just get out of the way when it starts clawing you.

But, it's been while since I last played Risen so I can't say for certain if you can lure one of them away. I remember that can rarely be done with gnomes so I'm not sure about ghouls.

i did it i puted risen to easy and then i killed them onebyone

I successfully use both tricks given by foobar and NatDis. But anyway, you need to be stong enough before fighting ghouls, even one by one. I advice you to wait a while in order to become stronger rather than going to "easy" mode. Otherwise, you loose part of the fun of the game !
