Ich wollte letztens mal wieder KotOR spielen und habe das oben beschriebene Problem. Ich habe Windows 7 64Bit und habe alle lösungsvorschläge, die hier im Forum zu finden sind ausprobiert und weiß einfach nicht mehr weiter.

Hast du die Tipps (die ich übrigens hier mal übersetzt habe) auch in genau dieser Reihenfolge befolgt, auch einschließlich DirectX? Denn wenn man die Tipps willkürlich ausführt, funktionieren sie oft nicht so, wie sie sollen. Warum auch immer.

Ansonsten, hast du schon mal mit den Dual-Core Optimizer vom AMD getestet? Ich bezweifele zwar, dass er etwas bringt, aber wenn sonst nichts funktioniert, warum nicht?
