The best part is (spoiler) at 10:03, where you can see how beautiful works the fighting and camera system - when fighting a rat, the character "accidentally" hits a neutral gnome, so any nearby NPC will become hostile and attack him ("accidentally" as in he couldn't prevent such an event).

We already have a thread about this, dude.
And he didn't "accidentally" attack the gnome, he just mashed the mouse button, thinking that the rat will take more than one hit to kill. Happens in many games. That's why I liked how Gothic had two modes of stance - weapon-in-hand, when all you could do was fight, and exploration mode, where you could interact with the environment. This sort of system would probably feel very awkward in modern games, though...
