when I click on the Icon to start game I get message
"This application has failed to start because d3dx9_29.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
well I re-installed, but it didn't work.
I checked Game-DVD but could not find Directx 9.0c on disc
so I downloaded directx 9.0c from microsoft
but this game still does not play!!!!

I have a new computer with windows vista home premium operating system please advise how to start game.

i just installed my game today too.. and the same problem.. but i installed directx 9.0c and everything went smooth..

Should be in dx90c folder on the game's disk. If you don't have something like that, use the latest from MS.

What exactly happens when you launch the game? Does a window opens? Nothing?

What patch do you have installed for G3?

Do you have the latest drivers for video/audio?
What are your system specs, btw?
