u can try 2 things:
download and install a patch or
try to reinstall gothic
i think the second one will work for sure

Game I reinstalled already two times, a patch at me versions 1.30.
All the same game is not started....

Are you sure, that your CD isn't dirty or scratched?
This could also be the Problem

That`s a really crazy problem, try to deinstall the game and install new! Maybe it`s a mistake at install! Or have you tried it ago?
