Amazing work I think these are the best "textures" made by fans i've seen until now Keep it up. They're awesome (especially the robes)

Bel lavoro, a molti mancava la personalizzazione del personaggio
(I just said him that's a good job)

You'll have to create some folders in your game directory, in the end it should look like this:
E:\Gothic3\Data\_compiledImage\animation\
In it you can place the files.

For example, I've downloaded the Robe Pack. Extract the files, you should get 5 folders. Choose one of them, for example ' tunica dell'acqua dorata' and copy the file that's inside the ' tunica dell'acqua dorata' folder: G3_Human_mage_Body_Diffuse_S1.tga to C:\Program Files\Gothic3\Data\_compiledImage\animation\
In the end, you should have something like
Code:
C:\Program Files\Gothic3\Data\_compiledImage\animation\G3_Human_mage_Body_Diffuse_S1.tga
(The orange part depends on where you have installed G3 on your PC)

Create it.
Just make sure you write it exactly as it's written here: _compiledImage
And inside it make another folder, named animation

Try to post more detailed, what you mean by that?
(And btw.: try to make use of the edit button above your own posts instead of producing doubleposts all over).

It is _compiledImage/animation ... for sure, you must have done something wrong.
