How would i edit freds statistics? (what model he uses,weapons,stats?) any help is appreciated, thanks.

Edit: When i spawn Fred it spawns Dalman.

When i spawn Fred it spawns Dalman.The name is localized (data\compiled\strings\focus.tab).
German, French: Fred
English, Italian, Spanish: Dalman
