It's called Molerat's Fat and you get it from a peasant. Try to find it alone.

I have no ideea what you're talking about. Try to explain better. The only time i remember Vatras leaving is when you ask him to come with you to an island

You can get it as mage only and you need it as mage only too.

You are right. You have to use Molerat grease. I think you can buy it by a trader in Khorinis or find it in the Paladin ship.

Are you in Chapter two? I don't know excactly and I don't want to spoil sth. You are playing the addon and you were in Jharkendar?

Hello there. If you do not want to be a mage, then you can still buy the key from Gorax, the mage in the monastery.Gorax sell only the key for the monastery. The key for the chest you can get as novice from Pyrokar.

hey all thanks for the help... was wondering earlier what the hell that molerat fat was for :)
and as for vatras...
i meant the bit where myxir takes his place in the city, you talk to him and he goes to the sun circle... but i hadnt talked to him and he wasnt there.. i reloaded the game and then somehow he was, strange.

and i am now about to enter chapter 4

one other thing... when im done playing this i was going to move onto the mod 'the den' i know i need a starter for this but was wonderin if the starter v2.6a would work since the game version is 2.7

So you have the Gold Edition. I have it to. The game is already patcher 2.7 and it seems that you can't install mods and the MDK so easyly over it (or not at all).

I'm also curious how you can install mods over the 2.7 version since when you install them they ask for the 2.6 version!?

Gorax sell only the key for the monastery. The key for the chest you can get as novice from Pyrokar.
