hello everyone sry again i don`t speak german :> ... i was wondering whers the
place where the weapons are in the upper quarter ( for the prove i have to give to the paladins that ferdando is dealing weapons ).. so far the seeking whisp hasnt been much help .. thnx

There are no hidden weapons in the upper quarter. They are lying in the areas around Khorinis, for example behind the farm(?) of Sekob. The weapons led you to some bandit-camps where you find proofs for Fernando's guilt.

There are no weapon-dealers in upper town.
What does "whisp" mean??? (You are sorry for that you don´t speak german, i must say sorry for my bad english ;) :) ).

As a sidenote, there is no need to apologise bad english.Besides your english is quite good. I'm sure none of us here is an english professor :) Besides if there was one among us, i'm sure he/she wouldn't say a word about anyone's english skills.And most of us here are not even native speakers, including myself.

I think it is better to use(write, speak, read) foreign languages as much as possible, even if doing some mistakes there and then(like me).It is the only way to learn and get in the language. :)

To answer the question above:

Wisp is the flying blue ghost-creature.The one which you can summon with the amulet Vatras gave before.In default this wisp seeks weapons, but if you invest few learning points into wisp-skil, it can seek other items like potions

The solutution for the weapon's dealer quest can be found from the bandit camps.

1. First go the small one near the stairs leading to Malek's farm.There you can find Thorben's aprentice who claims that bandits have took her fiance lucia with them to the forest.Before progressing any further be sure to loot all the bandits.One of them has a ring.It is used as an evidence against a weapon dealer.

2.The second bandit camp be found from the woods near Dragomir.There you can find a letter and a note.Be sure to read them both and you know the answer.Also be sure to pick one of the bandit epees for an evidence too.Bromor's golden bowl is there too.

Vatras gives you this quest when you are talking to him the first time. A trader from the upper quarter sells weapons to the bandits. You have to find out who that guy is and tell Martin in the harbor about him. Vatras gives you an 'amulet of the seeking wisp' if you ask him again for the weapon trader.
You need an epee from the bandits, the confession and a hand written letter of the trader. Now you can convince Martin that trader is guilty..
You can find the epee at the bandits, you get the confession from Fernando and you can find the letter at the bandit's camp in the forest behind Sekob's farm.
