Design glimpse?

Was just wondering what happens if you do 2 quests for the Don and 2 for the Order...does the game give you a final choosing quest? Seems weird that they chose an even number....should've been odd like 3 or 5...

As far as I know, you only "pick a side" once you complete four quests for one of them.
