Voice lines of G3

Is there a way to rip the dialogue lines in G3?

I don't understand. You want to modify the actual voice files? Or the subtitles? Or you want to do something else?

I just want to have the voices in .mp3 or .wav to use them.

The dialogue files are ogg-files. You have to extract the file Speech_[your language].pak (e.g. in English: Speech_English.pak). This tool is possible to do that: click (http://www.bendlins.de/nico/gothic3/)
You will get about 10.000 files after extracting so the tool will take some time for working.

Edit: I have downloaded G3Pak.7z and extracted some lines, but it created .xlip extension files. That's not ogg as far as my knowledge goes :)

The speech pak should have 2 folders inside. A Language_LipSyncData, where the xlip files are, and a Language_ogg, where the actual sounds are.
You probably extracted just the first folder.
