Hi,so,it's been 3 years sinse I've played Gothic 1,but I have never found out when somebody fights in the arena in the Old Camp,Scatty says there'll be an anouncment,there never is one.And I always wandered

How is this possible?

It's not possible, those screenshots might be from some add-on or some fan made video, they don't have anything to do with the original Gothic 1.

Those screenshots are from an early version of Gothic that had some removed content before the final release....probably.

Well in G1 you can't place a bet, there's never a fight between the gladiators.

This must be a screenshot from the Golden Mod; I heard you can bet there plus the nameless hero never wears the Ore-Baron armor G1.

For screenshots I use a free program called Fraps. Free version saves pictures as a bitmap, but it is easy to change them to JPEG throug h Paint. It also shows framerate if you want, and you can make a short video with it. Just wanted to mention :)

I can't install the golden mod!It says something I can't understand,I guess it's russian or polish.But the error mentions 1.08k.I installed the patch but it still doesn't install the mod.Can someone help?Thank you.

Does the English version come with the player-kit?
You can't download the file from that page and in German versions you have to install it separately.

Thanks WarTom, that was obviously to simple :eek:.
I'm used that the file is in the table underneath even if it is only one file, so I was surprised not to see any file name.
