Maybe you use a nvidia graphic card. All nvidia graphic cards have this problem with the gothic1&2 inventory.Including my 9800gx2.So,don't worry.

I played G1 With ATI Radeon 64MB in 2004.No problems with the inventory. In 2005 I played it again with Geforce FX5200.Problem!
FX5200 is an old videocard. If a new Radeon has same problem it makes me sad.I believed Radeon is better than Nvidia.I like Nvidia because it is easy to install.

It's a problem with ATI cards, not Nvidia ones. No solution so far and probably ever.

Check your resolution. The color-depth should be 32 bit (this is the third number in the resolution; example: 800x600x32)

There have been several threads regarding this issue. The problem is with newer ATI/NVidia cards, where items are rendered in the wrong sequence. They are rendered behind the levelmesh. Short of fixing the engine itself, there's little anyone can do about it.

Since this is a repeat thread, there's little sense in keeping this one open. Thread closed.
