just wondering if anyone know's if this graphic's card will work with my crappy motherboard or not

Graphics Processing Unit
- NVIDIAŽ GeForceŽ 9500 GT @ 500 MHz engine clock
- 32 Stream Processors
- Dual 400 MHz RamDAC
- Max. Resolution @ 2560 x 1600
- True 128-bit floating point high dynamic-range (HDR) lighting with 16x full- screen anti-aliasing

Memory
- 1GB GDDR2
- 1000 MHz memory clock
- 128-bit memory bus

my motherboard uses SDRAM, but this new graphic's card uses DDR2

Memory difference between main memory and vga memory is not the problem, the problem is what slot your motherboard has and what slot the vga have, if both uses AGP interface then it will work but it won't work too good because other hardware incapable to keep up with it. you can't use AGP VGA in PCI-E slot and vice versa.

There aren't too many nVidia cards after GeForce 5500 that are connected through AGP slot. If your RAM uses SDRAM slot, I think it's very probable that you will only have AGP slot. I have DDR1 RAM slots, and still no PCI-E. So, um, sorry to say but with your motherboard you can only dream about 9500 GT.

If you want to upgrade your system do it wisely and buy a new motherboard and processor first. Then you can choose your vga and the rest.

I had a motherboard that used ddr2 400 bus ram and I used an nvidia gforce 6800 agp.
