The Bashing of the Foe!

So its like this, I was playing FG fighting some scavengers, and while I was hacking & slashing I double taped the forward key, and a shield charge animation took place, now I've tried this in all 4 directions and works 4 every one, it does not do damage or anything but its a new evasion system.
