G3FG.. Dreamcatcher patches ??

The patches for G3FG that I can download right now, install in the wrong directory .. C:\Program Files\Jowood ... and my version of the game is the American version by Dreamcatcher, which is installed in the directory .. C:\Program Files\Dreamcatcher ... I'm not sure if I can install the European English patches in the Dreamcatcher directory properly. My Jowood directory contains Gothic 2 ???

Also, I read that the proper patches are labled 1.1 and 1.06. All I see is versions 1.0 and 1.06 .. the European patches. Where is version 1.1 ? which is suppose to be the original patch for the American game ?

Just tell the patches, when you install them, the correct path (there's a browse button there)

Yeah, kinda messy with the naming, some people like to baptize them.

The release-day patch (http://www.worldofgothic.com/dl/?go=dlfile&fileid=143) takes the game to version 1.0.4 - This is the first patch, probably sometimes named 1.1 or 1.0, since it's the first.
The second patch (http://www.worldofgothic.com/dl/?go=dlfile&fileid=144) increases the game version to 1.0.6 - Sometimes people talk about it as 1.06 or even 1.6 :rolleyes:
