Teacher bug

Hello comrades

Since I reached Nordmar, I noticed that all the strength and fighting techniques teachers from the whole game don't want to teach me anything anymore. It appeared to me when I came back to Ishtar to learn the dual sword technique, and I noticed that I couldn't. All the other teachers, which means the mages, the alchemists, the hunters, etc etc, still accept to teach me.

How can I solve this problem please ?
