Gothic 3 windowed mode

Not sure if this is the right section to ask this but how can i play G3 in windowed mode? I tried the f2 cheat you find on the net but it only turns my screen black.

Try this:

edit the ge3.ini file, modify from: Fullscreen=true to Fullscreen=false

That worked for me.
