G1: Quickloading

Quicksaves are fine, and they are stored in the \Saves folder.
However, attempting to quickload givesme this error:

b: vfile: err -2: can't find file: saves\current\savehdr.sav code:255

So, obviously, the quicksaves are supposed to be stored in current rather than the saves folder.

Is there any way to readjust this loading script?

Haven't ever used quicksaves in g1, also i don't have g1 installed, ... so sorry, best thing comes to my mind, ... just don't use the quicksave-function if "normal" saving works then there isn't really the need for quicksaves, IMHO.

The gurus are investigating a new version of green novice :D

The Quicksave gets saved in saves; current contains the currently loaded save-game. Obviously making the copy from saves into current does not work.
So if you want to regain your quick-saved game, you can create a folder 'savageme4' under saves (if this slot is free, otherwise take the first free one) ; copy the files from the saves folder into the new folder and load it from that slot (the description will be empty, but you'll see the thumbnail).
