[fix] double learning

If you learn a skill while wearing skill increasing equipment. Some teachers won't teach you the same level a second time after unequipping.
This fix is rather useless as it doesn't work if the problem allready occured, but if someone wants to change dialogs anyway he might use this a source instead of the original files.
