Oblivion release is huge thing in rpg-market. I hope people will find gothic 3 from the shelves even if oblivion is there at the same timeframe. There are lots of potential buyers for g3 among the oblivion fans, so i'm a bit worried what jowood will do.

I think that G3 will come later then Oblivion and it won`t be such big deal. Gothic fans all are waiting for G3 and they will by it nomater what! :rolleyes:

I read previews about Oblivion but I am not so anxious about it. I didn`t play other games in the series. It looks promising though.

i will definetly try oblivion... and i think it will be a cool game. i waited long for it (but not so anxious for like g3 :D )

One of the main reasons to try Oblivion out is to see if the AI is a bit like what we already know in Gothic.
That, and all the mods that I could easly make. ^^
I just love making a house in Morrowind. (or two, or three or ten)

I personally enjoy both worlds. Thus I'll be buying both games. Morrowind wasn't excatly my cup of tea, but judging by previews, reviews, interviews Benthesa seems to have read the criticism with care, so those flawed sections such as dull combat, npc schedules, animations and AI are said to be a lot better now. Imo they are delivering a hell of a good game.

Its intresting to see whether piranhas can raise the bar this time like they did with first Gothic :). In addition I truly hope that Piranhas could give us something similar like TES construction set. It would be like a vitamin injection for the mod scene.
